World’s Toughest Row 2025
To be able to endure circa 40 days at sea with only one other person on an ocean rowing boat the size of a small corridor relies on a pretty strong friendship! Fortunately, we have forged an impressive bond since meeting at university in 2015. Having shared the rugby pitch many times throughout university and continuing to play independently afterwards, we would pride ourselves on the efforts of our physical endeavor. However, we are under no illusion that this challenge will take our friendship, mental and physical endurance to a new extreme - one we want to face
head-on together.
Having traveled Australia and Fiji together following our graduation in 2017, it's fair to say we've had our share of adventure. So naturally, we believe the next logical step for us is to sign up to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, unsupported.

The Wave Wranglers WORLDS TOUGHEST ROW campaign endeavours to raise £150,000 and more for the British Heart Foundation. Over the course of the campaign, from inception to the dust settling back on terra firma in the UK, all activity will encourage donation and support of the British Heart Foundation; contributing to funding their exemplary research and innovation.
